Six in '06: Memorial Day SUNDAY, MAY 28TH, 2005 Temperatures are rising, flip flops are out and the beginning of summer Fridays mean only one thing...the winter slumber is finally over! On Sunday, May 28th (No Work Monday!), SIX invites you to join us at Happy Valley as we continue our SIX in '06 series with a Memorial Day celebration. Formerly Social Club, this bi-level hotspot by indie-wild fashion designer Jeremy Scott boasts a 14-foot disco ball DJ booth, black and white leopard print lounges and a go-go cage with black light bars. Resident DJ Cam One spins your favorite 90's R&B and hip-hop. As always, ladies enjoy free admission til midnight. Guys $6 admission if accompanied by female until midnight!
RSVP for guestlist or table reservations at rsvp@sixnyc.com by Sunday, May 28th at 4:00pm. Full names please, and like usual no pluses!

About Happy Valley One can almost picture white bellbottoms hovering over white shoes as they shuffle down 27th Street toward Happy Valley, which feels like the club Tony Manero might've bought with his dance-off winnings, circa 1979. This locale has proven a tough spot for nightclubs past, but those venues hadn't been designed by fashion world darling Jeremy Scott. Here, part of the floor flashes red, orange, and green, and faux-leopard print furnishings are surrounded by deliberately tacky-chic silver stars seemingly glued to the walls. - Sheckys
