Six in the City: Independence Day SUNDAY, JULY 3RD, 2005 This Sunday, July 3rd, SIX invites you to celebrate the long weekend (no work Monday!) at Rock Candy, Flatiron's brand-spanking new hot spot. Join us for the first of a select six events in the year, revolving around the major holidays in the calendar year. Be one of the first to check out the new Flatiron "it" club, Rock Candy, formerly 9 1/2. With interiors furnished by the designers of Marquee, there are 2 bars and a center dance floor with multi-tiered elevated banquette seating surrounding it. Turntablist DJ Cam One spins 90's R&B and hip-hop. Ladies are free until midnight. Open bar for everyone until 11:00!
RSVP for guestlist or table reservations click here by Sunday July 3rd at 5:00pm, with full names. No pluses!

About Rock Candy Unwrap Rock Candy, Flatiron's new site for Page Six photo ops, and you'll find celebs grooving alongside mortals who haven't been told they're not famous yet. It's one big music video set here, which is perfect for those that practice their moves in a full-length mirror at home, but a nightmare for those that are already "so over" the next hot thing. Their specialty cocktails include Honey Pot with honey vodka, Citronge, and a flaming orange zest or the Idle Class with Patron Silver, Chambord, peach brandy, and lime juice. On your way out, grab a piece of candy from the candy bar to eliminate alcohol breath before you try to get Bijou Phillips' digits. -Sheckys
